About Me

I'm a Wellbeing and Mental Health Coach dedicated to helping individuals of all ages improve their self-perception and overall well-being. With over 10 years of experience in schools locally and in a charity setting, I have also completed a range of private sessions extending beyond the help which may have been received previously.

I've developed a range of courses addressing common areas like stress and anxiety triggers, mood management, low self-esteem, practising self-compassion, managing relationships, regulating negative emotions, and developing positive coping strategies.

I aim to equip individuals with strategies so they're empowered in their decision making and next steps. This enables them to make intentional actions and choices in their lives. ​​Whether you're an adult dealing with anxiety and high stress, a person rebuilding confidence after a challenging time, or a parent supporting a child through anxiety, anger or school avoidance, I'm here to help.

Ultimately, my goal is to foster confidence, resilience, and a more positive-self image, enabling you to go from surviving to thriving.
