My Approach

​I focus on solution-based strategies, equipping you with practical tools to manage common challenges like anxiety, stress, and low self-worth.

 

For adults, this might involve tackling avoidance or rebuilding confidence after difficult life changes such as bereavement, separation or divorce.

 

For young people, I help them manage their stress, boost self-esteem, and navigate friendships.

 

When working with children and their parents, my goal is to empower both the child and the parents with effective strategies for managing big emotions such as anger, addressing sleep or school avoidance issues and building resilience.

 

I am here to help you understand your "stress bucket" and find ways to lighten the load, grow confidence, resilience, and a more positive self-image so you can approach life with greater strength.
